Compression Algorithms for Next-Generation Sequencing cut library preparation cost by >60%. We compressed 64 NGS samples into 24 pools. We were able to decompress 64 results from pool-level sequencing data.We found more than 99% sensitivity and specificity for variants with prevalence up to 1.5% across the entire chromosome.
